Our Wedding

Our story begins in Augusta, Georgia, when Davis was starting his second year at the Medical College of Georgia and Emmy was beginning her first year of physical therapy school at Augusta University. Our first date was at the Partridge Inn, where we talked until the bar closed and realized how much we had in common. Though we both attended the University of Georgia just two grades apart, we never crossed paths—until we discovered even more connections: Davis’ sisters (Sarah and Julia) had been in Chi Omega with Emmy, and his mother had been an advisor for Emmy's cousin Mary Craig, who served on Chi Omega’s exec—along with many mutual friends. After countless football games, coffee shop study sessions, and weekends at Lake Rabun, it was clear our bond was something special. A bond that culminated with Davis proposing on the dock at Lake Rabun on 05/14/2026. We’re so excited for our story to continue with our wedding being in a city that means so much to both of us: Athens, GA—the city in which we both attended undergrad and Davis’ hometown. Most of all, we can't wait to be surrounded by the people we love.
